As a LifeWise member, you have access to an easy-to-use Express Scripts® tool that can help you compare drug prices at local pharmacies.
How to use the cost comparison tool
Sign in to your LifeWise online member account, select Benefits > Prescriptions > Go to Express Scripts.
Enter the name of the medicine, your name, ZIP code and select Get Prices.
Review the results. Note that you can also switch between prices for generic or name brand medications.

Free home delivery
Express Scripts also offers home delivery service for long-term medications. Order up to 90-day prescriptions and have Express Scripts deliver them free to your home quickly, safely, and accurately.
Ordering medications
When you’re ready to order prescribed medications, download and complete the Express Scripts home delivery order form. If you’re taking more than one drug, download and complete the Health, Allergy and Medication questionnaire as well. This questionnaire will help protect you against potentially harmful drug allergies, interactions, and side effects.
Mail the order form and questionnaire (if needed) to Express Scripts at the address on the order form.
After your prescriptions are set up, you can easily order refills online by using Express Scripts MyPharmacyPlus™. Or call 800-391-9701. You’ll need your LifeWise member ID and prescription numbers.
Home delivery takes up to two weeks. Be sure you have enough medications on hand until your first delivery. If necessary, have your doctor write two separate prescriptions indicating that refills are allowed. One prescription would be for 30 days’ supply that you can fill immediately at your local pharmacy. The second prescription would be for Express Scripts home delivery.
